Avanceon Limited has announced the registration of a new business entity in Australia, marking a strategic expansion of its international operations.

In a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the company confirmed that the new entity, Avanceon PTY LTD, has been incorporated in Queensland under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001.

Avanceon PTY LTD will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Avanceon FZE UAE and is expected to enhance the group’s presence across the Asia-Pacific region.

The company said the Australian market presents strong growth opportunities in sectors such as construction, mining, manufacturing, infrastructure, and industrial services, where demand for automation and digital transformation solutions continues to rise.

It added that the new subsidiary will focus on providing automation, digitalisation, IT and technical services, as well as solutions for oil and gas, transport infrastructure, mining, and environmental sectors across Australia and the wider region.
