The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has rolled out an upgraded version of its PTA CMS mobile app for Android and iOS users, adding new security and complaint-handling features.

The updated app allows telecom consumers to submit and track complaints through a more secure and streamlined platform.

It now uses OTP-based multi-factor authentication and includes improved checks for complaints, easier document uploads and better session management.

The app also has a new feature that allows users to report suspected fraud linked to mobile numbers.

PTA said the upgrade is aimed at improving its complaint redressal system and making it easier for consumers to report and follow up on telecom-related issues.
