Petrol and diesel prices have increased again, marking the fourth consecutive daily hike in Pakistan, according to the latest Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) update.
Petrol has become Rs. 3.05 more expensive, taking its price to Rs. 370.80 per litre. The price of high-speed diesel (HSD) has increased by Rs. 5.37 to Rs. 398.04 per litre.
A day earlier, petrol rose by Rs. 3.40 to Rs. 367.75 per litre, while diesel increased by Rs. 6.72 to Rs. 392.67.
Since daily fuel price revisions began, petrol has increased by Rs. 59.50 per litre, while diesel has risen by Rs. 68.53 per litre.
With the latest increase, diesel is now just Rs. 1.96 short of Rs. 400 per litre, while petrol has crossed Rs. 370 per litre for the first time in the current daily revision cycle.
