FrieslandCampina Engro Pakistan Limited (PSX: FCEPL) has appointed Usman Zaheer Ahmad as its new Chief Executive Officer, following his departure from Fauji Foods Limited (PSX: FFL).
The company announced the appointment in a notice sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Tuesday, September 22.
According to the notice, the Board of Directors has approved Ahmad’s appointment as CEO. His date of joining will be announced separately.
The move comes shortly after Fauji Foods disclosed Ahmad’s resignation from the position of CEO. His resignation took effect on September 18, 2026.
Ahmad had been leading Fauji Foods since March 2022. During his tenure, he was responsible for the company’s operations and growth across its dairy and food product portfolio.
Before joining Fauji Foods, Ahmad served as CEO of Nishat Sutas Dairy and held senior roles in the consumer goods sector.
His new role also brings him back to FrieslandCampina Engro, formerly Engro Foods, where he had previously worked.
FrieslandCampina Engro is one of Pakistan’s major dairy companies and markets products under brands including Olper’s. The company is listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange under the ticker FCEPL.
Fauji Foods, meanwhile, is listed as FFL and owns brands including Nurpur and Dostea.
Ahmad’s appointment creates a notable leadership switch between two major listed players in Pakistan’s dairy and food sector. The joining date for his new position will be announced by FrieslandCampina Engro in due course.
