Pakistan’s two- and three-wheeler market reached a historic milestone in FY26, with industry sales climbing to their highest level on record as demand continued to recover.

According to Arif Habib Limited, motorcycle sales rose to 1.932 million units during the fiscal year, surpassing the previous all-time high of 1.853 million units recorded in FY21. Including three-wheelers, total sales reached a record 1.974 million units.

The industry’s record performance follows a sharp slowdown in FY23 and FY24, with sales rebounding strongly over the past two years amid improving economic activity and rising consumer demand.

Atlas Honda remained the clear market leader, selling a record 1.69 million motorcycles and accounting for nearly 88% of total two-wheeler sales. United Auto ranked second with 190,800 units sold during FY26.

In the three-wheeler category, Sazgar Engineering retained the top position after selling 28,600 rickshaws, maintaining its lead in the segment.

The record sales underscore a robust recovery in Pakistan’s two- and three-wheeler market, driven by stronger demand after two challenging years for the industry.
