Pakistan International Container Terminal (PICT) has been informed that shares of InnoVest Mauritius Limited have officially been registered in the name of Sea Link Group Ltd following approval from the Registrar of Companies in Mauritius.
According to a notice sent to the company’s secretary, the approval was granted on April 28, 2026, confirming the transfer of ownership to Sea Link Group Ltd, a company incorporated in Seychelles.
PICT has been instructed to update its statutory records, disclosures, and corporate filings in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
The development is part of a broader acquisition process under which Sea Link Group is working to gain control of PICT through an offshore holding structure. Earlier disclosures indicated that the group plans to acquire at least 83.41 percent stake in the terminal operator through a mix of direct arrangements and a public offer.
Under the proposed structure, Sea Link Group is acquiring InnoVest Mauritius Limited, which directly and indirectly holds nearly 80 percent shareholding in PICT through associated entities.
Sea Link Group operates in container terminal management, logistics, freight forwarding, and maritime transport, with a presence across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Central Asia.
