The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has launched a redesigned official website aimed at improving access to digital identity and registration services for citizens in Pakistan and abroad.
The upgraded platform brings multiple services under one integrated system, allowing users to more easily apply for and manage key documents such as CNIC, NICOP, POC, FRC, CRC and other certification services.
Officials said the new website reflects NADRA’s broader shift toward a fully digital identity ecosystem, replacing older manual processes with a more structured, user-friendly online system.
A key feature of the platform is a geospatial demographic system that enables users to view registration and population data through interactive maps. It also provides district-wise comparisons of census and registration statistics along with downloadable thematic data visualizations.
The system further integrates national and provincial datasets, offering insights into key demographic indicators and civil registration trends. It also connects local-level records, including births, deaths, marriages and divorces, with NADRA’s central database to improve data accuracy and planning capabilities.
Verification services have been consolidated into a single section to support institutions such as banks, telecom operators and government departments. The platform also includes a dedicated Right to Information portal, allowing users to submit requests, track their status and receive responses within defined timelines.
Customer support has also been expanded with 24/7 helpline services, an interactive IVR system, email support and an upgraded complaint management system featuring performance tracking. The new website additionally introduces a modern careers portal with Pak ID-based login and improved access to job listings.
