The Islamabad administration has banned all sheesha cafes across the federal capital until further notice.

Deputy Commissioner Islamabad has directed all assistant commissioners to strictly enforce the ban, including at cafes holding valid No Objection Certificates (NOCs).

The order prohibits sheesha use at both indoor and outdoor locations.

Assistant commissioners have been instructed to inspect sheesha cafes daily and take action against anyone violating the order.

Any cafe found operating in violation of the ban will be sealed, while its owner will also face a criminal case.

The ban will remain effective until further orders from the administration.
