Gold prices rose again in Pakistan on Friday, following an increase in international bullion rates.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold climbed Rs3,900 to Rs469,136 per tola.
The price of 10-gram gold also increased by Rs3,344, reaching Rs402,208.
Gold had already recorded a sharp increase on Thursday, when the price per tola jumped Rs11,200 to Rs465,236.
In the international market, gold gained $39 to reach $4,466 per ounce, including a $20 premium.
Silver prices also moved higher in the local market, increasing by Rs117 to Rs7,161 per tola.
