Gold prices increased in Pakistan on Friday, with the price of one tola climbing Rs2,000 amid a rise in international gold rates.
According to rates issued by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), gold reached Rs440,636 per tola.
The price of 10-gram gold also increased by Rs1,715 to Rs377,774.
Gold had fallen Rs3,000 per tola on Thursday, when the price stood at Rs438,636.
In the international market, gold gained $20 to reach $4,181 per ounce.
Meanwhile, silver prices increased by Rs50 per tola to Rs6,578.
