The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will auction five plots designated for hotel development in Islamabad on September 26, 2026, at the Jinnah Convention Centre. The auction will begin at 10:00 AM.
The authority will allow successful bidders to seek building-plan approval after paying 25 percent of the plot price. Those who clear the full payment within 30 days will receive a 5 percent rebate, while payments made in US dollars will qualify for another 5 percent rebate.
Overseas investors can obtain auction tokens at least one day before the auction and submit payments through Roshan Digital Accounts or local banks.
CDA will provide separate access roads for the hotel sites and support the relocation of electricity lines, sewerage improvements, and other required infrastructure services.
The plots being offered include Plot No. 22 in D-12 Markaz, Convention Centre Hotel Plot No. 6 and Five-Star Hotel Plot No. 8 in F-5/1, a hotel plot on the E-11 Northern Strip, and another site on Srinagar Highway between the Sports Complex and Margalla Hotel.
Successful bidders will be given one year to complete payments. Possession of the plots will be handed over after 75 percent of the total price has been paid, subject to submission of a bank guarantee covering the remaining amount.
