Air Link Communication Limited has entered Pakistan’s electric two-wheeler market with the launch of its new brand, AirV, featuring 11 electric bike models across six series.

In a disclosure to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Wednesday, November 4, the company announced that the brand’s official launch ceremony was scheduled to take place in Lahore.

The AirV lineup includes electric bikes equipped with cruise control, regenerative battery technology, Near Field Communication (NFC) functionality, and anti-theft features.

Depending on the model, the bikes offer a claimed range of up to 200 kilometers.

Air Link is developing the project at its manufacturing facility in Sundar Green Special Economic Zone (SGSEZ), Lahore. The company plans to use its existing production infrastructure and nationwide distribution network to build its electric mobility business.

The company said the new brand will serve both individual consumers and enterprise customers as it seeks to establish a scalable presence in the electric mobility market.

The launch represents a diversification of Air Link’s business into electric vehicles, expanding its operations beyond its existing consumer electronics and mobile phone business.
