Apple Music appears to be nearing its official launch in Pakistan, with the service now showing local subscription prices and payment functionality for some users.

The music streaming platform is displaying Pakistan-specific plans, paving the way for its long-awaited arrival on iPhone and other Apple devices in the country. Apple Music has already been available on Android in Pakistan for some time.

Apple Music’s current Pakistan pricing is:

• Individual: Rs. 379/month
• Family: Rs. 649/month

Both plans include a one-month free trial, followed by automatic monthly renewal.

The development has surfaced during the ongoing iOS 27 beta testing cycle. The appearance of local plans and successful checkout indicate that Apple is preparing the service for a wider rollout in Pakistan.

However, payment support is still unclear across different card networks. So far, successful payment evidence has only been confirmed for PayPak cards, while there is no confirmation yet regarding other cards. Support for additional card networks could be introduced as the rollout progresses.

Apple Pay Also Reportedly Coming to Pakistan

Separately, sources have told RBN that Apple Pay is also expected to launch in Pakistan. The development has not been officially announced by Apple yet.

Apple has reportedly added PayPak references to the iOS code, further indicating that Apple is working on local payment support. However, the exact launch timeline and availability for other card networks remain unclear.

Users interested in testing the iOS beta have also shared methods on Reddit for checking whether the latest payment options appear on their devices. These include joining the iOS Beta Program, temporarily setting the Wallet region to the US, and checking the Add Card option after updates.

Apple has not made a dedicated announcement confirming the Pakistan launch of either Apple Music or Apple Pay. For now, the appearance of local Apple Music pricing and successful PayPak transactions provide the clearest indication that the rollout is moving closer.

The upcoming iOS 27 update also introduces several Apple Music changes, including a redesigned AutoMix experience, landscape support and refreshed artist pages.
