Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Thursday, recovering part of the previous day’s sharp decline, as international gold prices also moved higher.
The price of gold rose by Rs. 600 per tola to Rs. 435,036, according to rates released by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
The price of 10-gram gold increased by Rs. 515 to Rs. 372,973.
The local market had recorded a Rs. 3,100 decline in the price of gold per tola on Wednesday, bringing it down to Rs. 434,436.
In the international market, gold gained $6 to reach $4,125 per ounce.
Meanwhile, silver prices declined by Rs. 120 per tola to Rs. 6,368.
