The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has established a dedicated technical support team to help taxpayers facing issues while filing their Income Tax Returns for Tax Year 2026.

In a post on X, the tax authority said taxpayers experiencing technical problems during the filing process can report them by emailing itr2026feedback@pral.com.pk.

According to FBR, the dedicated team will review reported issues and respond within 24 hours.

The initiative is intended to provide quicker technical assistance and help taxpayers complete their income tax returns with fewer disruptions.

FBR encouraged taxpayers to use the dedicated email address for any technical difficulties encountered while submitting their Tax Year 2026 returns through the online system.
