SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited has withdrawn its current initial public offering (IPO) application and plans to submit a fresh one after revising its prospectus to include additional disclosures.
The company said on Tuesday that its board had approved changes to provide more details about the business, which began operating as a partnership in 1998 before the company was incorporated as a public limited company in 2026.
SE Fruits said the revisions aim to improve transparency, meet regulatory requirements and help investors make informed decisions.
The company clarified that withdrawing the current application does not mean it has abandoned its IPO plans. It intends to reapply after completing the revised prospectus and meeting the relevant regulatory requirements.
Based in Sargodha, SE Fruits exports kinnow, mangoes and potatoes. The company describes itself as an export-oriented, Shariah-compliant business.
It said further updates on the revised application and IPO schedule would be shared through official channels.
