A senior Saudi business delegation has held discussions in Pakistan to identify new investment and business opportunities in several major sectors of the economy.

The delegation was headed by Prince Mansour bin Mohammad Al Saud, Chairman of the Saudi-Pakistan Joint Business Council.

During the visit, Saudi representatives met government officials, industry stakeholders and private-sector companies to discuss potential areas for investment and commercial cooperation.

The discussions covered power, petroleum, privatisation, industrial development, communications and highways, with both government-backed and private-sector projects considered.

Officials also discussed government-to-government (G2G) and business-to-business (B2B) investment models that could facilitate future Saudi participation in Pakistan.

The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) arranged meetings between the Saudi delegation and relevant government departments and businesses.

The visit highlights continued efforts by Pakistan and Saudi Arabia to expand economic cooperation and convert bilateral relations into actual investment and business projects.

The latest engagement also signals continued Saudi interest in Pakistan’s investment market, particularly in sectors with potential for large-scale collaboration.
