Singer Justin Timberlake is reportedly facing strain in his marriage to actress Jessica Biel after 13 years together, with ongoing rumours linking the situation to public attention surrounding his past driving-related incident and concerns over his lifestyle.
According to a report by Radar Online, Biel has allegedly grown frustrated with repeated public scrutiny and is said to feel embarrassed by how their relationship is portrayed in the media. The report also claims she has long dealt with aspects of Timberlake’s behavior, including drinking habits.
Timberlake was charged in September 2024 with driving while ability impaired (DWAI). A more serious driving while intoxicated (DWI) charge was dropped as part of a plea agreement. He was ordered to pay a $500 fine, complete 25 hours of community service, and issue a public safety message.
The case returned to public attention in March 2025 after additional police bodycam footage surfaced showing Timberlake undergoing sobriety tests.
A source quoted by Radar Online said Biel “does everything with the kids” and is “sick of being publicly embarrassed,” while also alleging that Timberlake has long had a pattern of drinking in social settings.
Timberlake and Biel, who married in 2012, share two children. Reports also reference earlier relationship tensions dating back to their engagement period in 2011, when Biel allegedly urged him to “settle down.”
