Gold prices in Pakistan continued their downward trend on Monday, marking the third consecutive day of losses, driven by a fresh decline in international bullion markets.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola fell by Rs. 5,300, settling at Rs. 488,362.

The price of 10 grams of gold also dropped by Rs. 4,544 to reach Rs. 418,691.

In global markets, gold lost $53 per ounce, bringing the price down to $4,660 per ounce.

Silver prices, however, remained stable at Rs. 8,513 per tola.
