Gold prices in Pakistan fell further on Tuesday, with the price of one tola declining by Rs800 to Rs437,336.

According to rates released by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 10-gram gold also decreased by Rs686 to Rs374,945.

The latest decline followed a much sharper drop on Monday, when gold lost Rs12,800 per tola and settled at Rs438,136.

International gold prices also moved lower, with the rate falling by $8 to $4,148 per ounce.

Silver prices declined as well, falling Rs20 to Rs6,558 per tola in the local market.
