The prices of petrol and high-speed diesel (HSD) were increased again on Friday, marking the fifth consecutive upward revision since Pakistan shifted to daily fuel pricing.

According to a notification issued by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), the price of petrol has been raised by Rs. 3.66 per litre to Rs. 335.18 per litre, while high-speed diesel has gone up by Rs. 4.80 per litre to Rs. 383.46 per litre.

The latest increase comes a day after petrol prices were raised by Rs. 4.44 per litre to Rs. 331.52, while diesel was increased by Rs. 3.62 per litre to Rs. 378.66.

Since the introduction of daily fuel price revisions, petrol prices have increased by Rs. 24.47 per litre, while high-speed diesel has surged by Rs. 60.16 per litre.
