Ghani Chemical Industries Limited (GCIL) announced on Monday its plans to establish a 450 metric ton capacity LPG storage and filling plant in Kasur. This strategic move marks the company’s expansion into new business areas.

The plant will be located in Phool Nagar, District Kasur, and will operate nationwide through Ghani Gases (Private) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GCIL. The company disclosed this development in a notice to the PSX.

Ghani Gases has secured a license from the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) to proceed with the project. Following the completion of necessary formalities and approvals, the subsidiary will begin construction of the plant in due course, according to the notice
