The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) will remain closed on Friday, August 14, 2026, as Pakistan observes Independence Day.

The exchange announced the closure in a notice issued by its Trading and TREC Affairs Department on August 10. The holiday will apply to all TRE Certificate Holders, PSX employees, and other relevant stakeholders.

Trading activities will remain suspended throughout the day and resume on the next trading day following the public holiday.
