The federal government has announced a minor reduction in petroleum product prices, according to sources.
The price of petrol has been cut by Rs. 4 per litre, while the price of high-speed diesel has been kept unchanged.
Following the revision, petrol will now be priced at Rs. 377.56 per litre, down from Rs. 381.56. The price of high-speed diesel remains at Rs. 380.56 per litre.
The new prices will come into effect from 12:00 am on June 6, 2026.
Earlier, petroleum prices were reduced by Rs. 22.22 per litre in the previous review cycle, when petrol was set at Rs. 381.56 per litre and diesel at Rs. 380.56 per litre.
