Gold prices in Pakistan fell on Thursday, tracking another decline in the international market.

The price of gold dropped by Rs3,000 per tola to Rs438,636, according to rates released by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 10-gram gold also decreased by Rs2,572 to Rs376,059.

Gold had closed at Rs441,636 per tola on Wednesday after gaining Rs4,300 during the day.

In the international market, gold fell by $30 to around $4,161 per ounce.

Silver prices also declined in the local market, falling by Rs50 to Rs6,528 per tola.
