The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has announced that its IRIS tax portal and related online services will remain unavailable for three days due to scheduled system maintenance.

According to Pakistan Revenue Automation Limited (PRAL), the maintenance work will begin on August 8 at 12:30am and continue until August 10 at 5pm.

During this period, taxpayers will not be able to access the IRIS platform or complete online tax-related transactions. Services will be restored after the maintenance process is completed.

PRAL has advised government departments, organizations, and other stakeholders to complete necessary online activities in advance to avoid disruptions.

An advisory notice regarding the temporary suspension of services will also be displayed on the IRIS portal before the maintenance begins.

FBR’s Contact Center will remain operational during the maintenance period to assist users with queries and technical issues.
