Engro Polymer and Chemicals Limited has announced changes to its top leadership after the conclusion of its annual general meeting, according to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The company confirmed that Ahsan Zafar Syed has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, while Abdul Qayoom has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer.

The new appointments took effect on April 27, 2026, and will remain valid until the next election of directors.

The leadership changes follow the election of the company’s board of directors during the annual general meeting, marking a routine transition in corporate governance.
