The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has moved forward with the approval process for the revised and extended layout plan of the New Islamabad Enclave housing scheme in Zone-5 by inviting public objections and claims.
According to an official letter issued by the CDA’s Directorate of Housing Societies, the authority is reviewing an application submitted by M/s Earth Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. for the revised layout plan covering 999.06 kanals of land in Mouza Mughal, including Patti Chak Thub and Patti Mughal Khas.
As part of the regulatory process, the CDA has directed the developer to publish a public notice in one English and one Urdu national newspaper in accordance with S.R.O. 886(I)/2023 dated July 7, 2023. The notice must include the relevant Khasra numbers along with a certified Aks-Shajra.
The public notice will invite objections, claims, or representations regarding the land included in the proposed layout plan before the CDA makes a final decision on the application.
The authority has also provided the prescribed format for the notice, which must be published by the developer to complete the next stage of the approval process.
