Balochistan Governor Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail represented Pakistan at the Youth and AI Summit 2026 held at the United Nations headquarters in New York, attending the event in place of the IT Minister.

Mandokhail arrived at the UN headquarters to participate in the summit, organized by the International Organization of Youth in collaboration with the Permanent Missions of the Bahamas and Dominica.

Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Asim Iftikhar Ahmad, and officials of the country’s UN mission received the Balochistan governor upon his arrival.

The summit focuses on the role of young people in shaping the future of artificial intelligence and provides a platform for discussions on emerging technologies and youth participation.

Mandokhail’s participation represented Pakistan at the international gathering focused on youth and AI at the United Nations.
