Globe Residency REIT (GRR), managed by Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited, has announced a cash dividend of Rs. 4 per unit, equivalent to 40%, for the financial year ended June 30, 2026.

The latest payout marks the fourth consecutive annual dividend by GRR since its listing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The REIT distributed Rs. 3.50 per unit (35%) in FY2025, Rs. 1.75 per unit (17.5%) in FY2024, and Rs. 3 per unit (30%) in FY2023.

GRR was listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange in December 2022 at an offer price of Rs. 10 per unit. It was the first listed developmental REIT in Pakistan and South Asia.

The REIT’s underlying project, Globe Residency Apartments, consists of nine residential towers located in Naya Nazimabad, Karachi.

With the latest payout, GRR has announced total distributions of Rs. 12.25 per unit since its listing.
