The federal government has reduced petrol and diesel prices again, bringing petrol below Rs. 350 per litre for the first time since September 4.

The new rates will remain in effect for the next three days.
This marks the fifth consecutive reduction in fuel prices during the current week, following another round of cuts announced on Thursday. Petrol was reduced by Rs. 9.41 per litre on Thursday, while diesel became cheaper by Rs. 5.56 per litre.
The latest reduction takes petrol prices to their lowest level since early September, when petrol was priced at Rs. 345.87 per litre.
Since the introduction of daily fuel price revisions, petrol has recorded an overall increase of Rs. 35.29 per litre, while diesel has become more expensive by Rs. 54.70 per litre.
Despite the recent reductions, both fuels remain significantly more expensive than their prices before the daily revision system began.
