Investment through Pakistan’s Roshan Digital Accounts (RDAs) reached $13.647 billion cumulatively by the end of July 2026, according to the latest data released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
RDA inflows stood at $282 million in July, marking a 52% increase from $185 million recorded in July 2025. However, monthly inflows declined 8% from $306 million in June.
The number of Roshan Digital Accounts has also crossed 956,000, reflecting continued participation from overseas Pakistanis.
Of the cumulative funds received through the scheme, $2.118 billion has been repatriated, while $8.603 billion has been utilized within Pakistan. This left a net repatriable liability of $2.926 billion.
The outstanding position included $684 million invested in conventional Naya Pakistan Certificates (NPCs), $1.316 billion in Islamic NPCs, $151 million in Roshan equity investments, $76 million in other liabilities and $699 million held as balances in accounts.
The total amount repatriated and utilized stood at $10.721 billion.
Roshan Digital Accounts allow overseas Pakistanis to remotely access banking and investment services in Pakistan. Eligible non-resident Pakistanis, including those who own companies abroad, can invest through the scheme, with invested funds and profits remaining repatriable under applicable rules.
