Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited (PSX: PICT) has officially come under the control of Sea Link Group & Associates after the completion of an acquisition that gives the group an 80.52 percent ownership stake in the company.

In a notification to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), PICT said its Board of Directors approved the transfer of 87,893,036 shares to Sea Link Group & Associates, including Euroasia Terminals (Pvt.) Limited.

The transaction comprises 87,003,949 shares acquired through a Share Purchase Agreement between Sea Link Group and ICTSI Limited (Bermuda), along with 889,087 shares purchased through a public tender offer.

Following the completion of the transaction on July 21, 2026, the acquirer now holds 80.52 percent of PICT’s issued share capital, giving it controlling ownership of the listed terminal operator. The company confirmed that the shares have been formally transferred to the new controlling shareholder.

PICT said the transfer was approved by its board in accordance with the Securities Act, 2015, and the Pakistan Stock Exchange Rule Book, completing the change in control.
