Lahore Police have dismantled a suspected drug trafficking network during a raid in Dhyal village, Batapur, recovering heroin worth an estimated Rs36 million, seven drones, and a large cache of weapons.

The operation resulted in the arrest of two suspects, including a woman. Police seized 24 kilograms of heroin, which officials said has an estimated street value of Rs36 million.

Authorities also recovered an SMG rifle, an M4 rifle, three 9mm pistols, six magazines, and more than 1,170 rounds of ammunition, including 377 SMG rounds and over 800 cartridges of various calibers.

Police said the recovered drones and weapons suggest the group may have been operating an organized criminal network. Investigators are now working to trace other suspects and determine the full extent of the operation.

A case has been registered, and further legal action is underway under the relevant laws.
