S.G. Power Limited has entered into a distribution agreement with Lablink Enterprises to expand into Pakistan’s healthcare sector by distributing hospital products manufactured by Japan-based Nipro Corporation.

According to a material information notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Lablink Enterprises, which has served as the exclusive distributor of Nipro hospital products in Pakistan for over 15 years, will collaborate with S.G. Power to market and distribute these products nationwide.

Japan’s Nipro Corporation is a global healthcare company headquartered in Osaka, producing medical devices, pharmaceutical products, infusion therapy solutions, vascular products, and pharmaceutical packaging materials. The company has operations in more than 150 countries.

S.G. Power said the agreement marks its entry into the healthcare segment through the distribution of Nipro’s hospital product portfolio in Pakistan.

The company added that further developments related to the agreement will be disclosed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
