The coupe-style Haval H6 GT has been confirmed for an upcoming launch in Pakistan, according to local assembler Sazgar Engineering Works, following recent speculation triggered by a unit spotted on local roads.

The company clarified that the recently seen vehicle was not an official test unit but a privately imported, non-custom-paid example. Despite this, Sazgar confirmed that the H6 GT will officially enter the Pakistani market later this year as a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV).

Pricing has not yet been finalized and will likely depend on policy decisions in the upcoming federal budget, the company indicated.

The H6 GT is a sportier, coupe-styled version of the Haval H6 platform, featuring a sloping roofline, redesigned rear profile, and more aggressive styling cues compared to the standard model.

Internationally, the model is offered in both petrol and plug-in hybrid variants. For Pakistan, Sazgar is expected to introduce the 1.5-liter turbocharged PHEV version.

In global specifications, the H6 GT PHEV delivers up to 430 hp and 642 Nm of torque, paired with an all-wheel-drive system and a 35.4 kWh battery pack.

The hybrid SUV is also capable of an electric-only driving range of around 183 km, while accelerating from 0–100 km/h in approximately 4.6 seconds.

With growing demand for hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles in Pakistan amid rising fuel costs, the H6 GT PHEV is expected to be positioned as a premium performance SUV within the local lineup.
