A member of the family of jailed Pakistani neuroscientist Dr Aafia Siddiqui has been shot dead in Houston, Texas, in an attack carried out by unidentified gunmen.
Family sources confirmed that the victim, identified as her nephew, was killed after assailants opened fire under circumstances that remain unclear. Authorities have yet to disclose a motive, and investigations are ongoing.
