Gold prices in Pakistan continued their downward trend on Thursday, mirroring declines in the international market. According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold per tola dropped by Rs6,700, settling at Rs335,200.

Similarly, the price of 10-gram gold fell by Rs5,745, closing at Rs287,379. The previous day, gold prices had also slipped, with the per tola rate falling by Rs2,300 to reach Rs341,900.

On the global front, gold prices declined as well. The international rate stood at $3,168 per ounce (including a $20 premium), marking a decrease of $67, according to APGJSA.

Silver prices followed suit, with the per tola rate dropping by Rs105 to close at Rs3,377.
