The Embassy of Pakistan in Qatar has advised citizens planning to travel to the country that the visa-on-arrival facility is currently suspended.

In a statement, the embassy said the suspension is due to the “prevailing situation” and urged travelers to make necessary arrangements in advance.

Pakistani nationals have been directed to obtain valid visas prior to travel to avoid inconvenience at entry points, as passengers without proper documentation may face delays or entry restrictions.

The advisory applies to all Pakistanis intending to visit Qatar. The embassy did not specify how long the restriction would remain in place and urged citizens to monitor official channels for updates.
