Gold prices in Pakistan saw a slight decline on Thursday, following a record high of Rs. 287,900 per tola reached the previous day. According to the All-Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association, the price of 24-carat gold decreased by Rs. 700 per tola, settling at Rs. 287,200. Meanwhile, the price for 10 grams of gold dropped by Rs. 600, bringing it down to Rs. 246,228.
The Association also reported a decrease in the price of 22-carat gold, which fell to Rs. 225,709 per 10 grams from Rs. 226,259. In contrast, silver prices experienced an uptick, with the price per tola rising by Rs. 100 to Rs. 3,450, and the price for 10 grams increasing by Rs. 85.73 to Rs. 2,957.81.
On the international front, gold prices fell by $7, moving from $2,784 to $2,777, as reported by the Association.
