Pak Elektron Limited (PEL), a leading Pakistani electrical equipment manufacturer, has successfully launched its export operations to the United States, according to a notification sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The company announced that its first consignment of transformers departed from Pakistan on March 13, 2025, marking a significant milestone in PEL’s international expansion strategy.

“This marks a significant milestone in our business expansion strategy and reflects our commitment to exploring new international markets,” stated Muhammad Omer Farooq, Company Secretary of PEL, in the official disclosure.

PEL’s entry into the American market represents a notable achievement for Pakistan’s manufacturing sector, potentially opening doors for increased exports of electrical equipment to developed markets.
