The rankings were compiled by WorkL, an employee experience platform, which evaluated over 100,000 organizations worldwide. More than a million employees participated in the 2025 awards by completing the anonymous “Happy at Work Test.” The test assessed factors such as well-being, job satisfaction, rewards and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, and fostering pride. Organizations scoring 70% or higher were included in the rankings.
