The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has addressed rumors concerning the validity of the ‘B’ form, confirming that all previously issued forms remain valid and have not been canceled.

In an official statement on social media, NADRA clarified that parents whose children already have a ‘B’ form and need to apply for a passport, or those aged 10 to 18 applying for the first time, should visit their nearest NADRA center with their child. Applications can also be submitted via the Pak-ID mobile app.

NADRA dismissed rumors about the cancellation of earlier ‘B’ forms and urged the public to seek information through official channels.

Recently, NADRA introduced an updated version of the ‘B’ form, featuring enhanced security measures, including mandatory fingerprints and photographs for children over 10. These changes were implemented in collaboration with the Immigration and Passport (I&P) Directorate, following directives from Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi.
