Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has issued a stark warning, threatening retaliatory action against major American technology companies if further Iranian leaders are killed in targeted attacks.

In a statement released Tuesday, the Guards accused several US tech giants of aiding assassination operations against Iranian officials and warned that companies including Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Intel, Oracle, Nvidia, Tesla, and Palantir could face direct retaliation.

According to the statement, punitive measures could begin from 8:00 pm Tehran time on April 1, with the IRGC claiming it would target what it described as the companies’ “relevant operational units” in response to future killings.

The Guards also urged employees of the named firms to immediately leave their workplaces, calling the warning a precaution for their safety.

Iran alleges that US technology companies play a key role in surveillance, data analysis, and tracking systems used to identify and eliminate senior Iranian figures. The statement claimed Washington and major tech firms had ignored repeated warnings to halt activities linked to such operations.

The threat comes amid escalating tensions following the deaths of several high-ranking Iranian officials during the ongoing conflict. Among those killed were Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, Revolutionary Guards commander-in-chief Mohammad Pakpour, and senior security official Ali Larijani, according to Iranian sources.

While the United States and Israel say their operations have significantly weakened Iran’s leadership structure, analysts suggest Tehran continues to demonstrate resilience despite heavy losses.

Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump has said diplomatic efforts are underway to end the conflict, while simultaneously warning that military pressure on Iran could intensify if hostilities continue.
