After experiencing a slight increase the previous day, gold prices in Pakistan fell by Rs. 500 per tola on Tuesday. According to the All-Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association, the price of 24-carat gold decreased to Rs. 283,200 per tola. Similarly, the price for 10 grams of 24-carat gold dropped by Rs. 429, settling at Rs. 242,798.
The Association also reported a decline in the price of 22-carat gold, with 10 grams now priced at Rs. 222,565, down from Rs. 222,958.
Meanwhile, the prices of silver remained stable, with per tola and 10-gram rates holding steady at Rs. 3,430 and Rs. 2,940.67, respectively.
On the international front, the price of gold saw a decrease of $5, bringing it to $2,736.
This decline follows a Rs. 700 per tola increase in the price of 24-carat gold recorded yesterday.
