Silver prices also saw a decrease, with per tola silver falling by Rs. 17 to Rs. 3,400 and ten-gram silver dipping by Rs. 15 to Rs. 2,914.

The decline in local gold prices coincided with a 3 percent drop in international gold prices to a more than one-week low, following announcements from the United States and China about reaching an agreement to reduce reciprocal tariffs, easing trade tensions and impacting global commodity markets.
