On the opening day of the week, gold prices in Pakistan experienced a slight rise, keeping the per tola rate just above the Rs. 275,000 mark. According to the All-Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs. 200, reaching Rs. 275,700. Similarly, the price for 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs. 171, bringing it to Rs. 236,368.

This increase places the price of gold just below its all-time high of Rs. 277,000 per tola. Meanwhile, the prices for silver remained stable, with per tola and ten-gram rates holding steady at Rs. 3,050 and Rs. 2,614.88, respectively.

In the international market, gold prices saw a modest increase of $3, moving from $2,653 to $2,656, as reported by the Association.
