The price of gold in Pakistan remained unchanged on Monday, with dealers further enhancing the discounts offered to customers.

According to data released by the Karachi Sarafa Association, the price of 24-carat gold stood at Rs 256,500 per tola, while the price for 10 grams was Rs 219,907.

The Association noted that the price of gold is being kept Rs 2,500 per tola below the international market rate. This follows an increase of Rs 500 in the discount offered towards the end of last week.
