The price of 24 karat gold in Pakistan rose by Rs. 800 per tola on Wednesday, reaching Rs. 356,900, up from Rs. 356,100 on the previous trading day, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association.

This increase follows a Rs. 7,800 per tola jump on Monday and a Rs. 6,100 rise on Tuesday, bringing the total three-day surge to Rs. 14,700 per tola. The recent gains have pushed gold prices close to the record high of Rs. 363,700 per tola.

The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also increased by Rs. 684 to Rs. 305,984 from Rs. 305,300, while 10 grams of 22 karat gold rose by Rs. 627 to Rs. 280,495 from Rs. 279,868.

Silver prices remained stable, with per tola silver closing at Rs. 3,482 and ten-gram silver at Rs. 2,985.

On the international market, gold prices edged up by $8 to $3,385 per ounce, while silver prices held steady at $33.00, the Association reported.
