Gold prices in Pakistan rebounded strongly on Tuesday following a steep decline in the previous session.

According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold per tola surged by Rs. 16,300 to reach Rs. 464,062, while 10 grams increased by Rs. 13,975 to Rs. 397,858.

This recovery comes after a sharp fall on Monday, when gold dropped by Rs. 43,500 per tola to settle at Rs. 447,762 amid global market pressure.

In the international market, gold prices also moved upward, gaining $163 to reach $4,413 per ounce, with an additional premium of $20.

Silver followed the upward trend as well, rising by Rs. 570 per tola to close at Rs. 7,454.
